The base consists of two pieces of glass fused together, with flowers, leaves, or other elements added in a second firing.
Making the hook, and adding its elements, requires additional fusings. Like the cabinet pulls, these are solid pieces of glass with a channel preserved for hardware.
I designed these with a spacer on the back which lets the finished piece stand off from the wall, allowing light to come through.
I use an S hook to hang things on the knob because it shows as much of the glass as possible, but that's your choice.
The hooks arrive on your doorstep with the hanger bolt and spacer. All you need is a drywall anchor to hang it, and an S hook if you're using one.
Wall Hook - Blue-Green Cathedral

- The base is 3 1/2" in diameter. I start by cutting a clear glass circle and fuse it with a frit mix of blues, greens, and a splash of red. The decal reproduction of a stained glass cathedral window is added in a 2nd fusing.
- It arrives on your doorstep with the hanger bolt and spacer. All you need is a drywall anchor to hang it, and an S hook if you're using one. (See photo labeled "components.")
